Zholdasov Zulfukhar Sansyzbaevich was born on June 16, 1976.
Education
Graduated from the Karaganda State Technological University in the city of Karaganada, specialising in ecology, life safety and environmental protection;
Graduated from the Kazakh State Law University in the city of Almaty, specializing in law;
Completed various training courses in the field of public administration and environmental protection.
Career
Since April 2008, he joined the Committee for Environmental Regulation and Control of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as the chief expert - environmental inspector, where he worked until January 2011.
From January 2011 to July 2012, he worked as the head of the legal support department of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From July 2012 to December 2015, he worked as the head of the Department of Ecology in the Karaganda region of the KERK MEP RK.
From December 2015 to July 2019, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Regulation and Control of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From July 2019 to the present, he has been the Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Regulation and Control of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
