Dmitry has a 16 years diversified professional experience in managing environment, health and safety (EHS) functions at the CIS regional level (Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan) in compliance with both International and local regulation requirements within the major International companies, industrial leaders within the sectors: oil & gas (Schlumberger, Halliburton, Baker Hughes); automotive (PSA Peugeot Citroen), heavy manufacturing and railway transportation (Alstom)

Dmitry holds a diploma in geophysical engineering from Moscow State Geological Exploration University (MSUGE), Faculty for geophysics, specialization – nuclear geophysics and radioecology.

Dmitry’s key qualifications includes EHS strategic advisory and assessment of risks and liabilities, EHS management systems implementation and improvement with a focus on HSE leadership development and positive cultural change.
