Media and Mining Associations are Invited to Partner with MINEX Kazakhstan

As a media or knowledge partner, you will have an excellent opportunity to increase awareness of your brand at this premier mining forum in Central Asia.  This will give you an opportunity to connect to some of the largest companies and their senior executives operating in those regions and expand your subscriber’s database. In exchange, we would be looking for support you could provide in advertising our events.

Proposals for participation in the forum as media and knowledge partners must be submitted no later than 15 July 2021.

Terms & Conditions

Information dissemination services to be provided by the information partner

* Services provided by media partners may vary depending on their capabilities or terms of the agreement

  • Placement of a MINEX Forum Events advertising modules in the printed or electronic publications
  • Placement of promotional banners of MINEX Events on the Internet resources
  • Listing MINEX Forum Events in the industry events calendar
  • Electronic mailing and/or social media announcement of the MINEX Events to subscribers
  • Publication of articles and reports about the MINEX Forum Events and provision of published materials for inclusion in the media report issued by MINEX Forum Secretariat
  • Providing MINEX Forum organisers with similar services (participation in events organised by the partner and the opportunity to disseminate information about the forum).

Information services provided by the Forum organisers to info-partner

* Complimentary services listed below depend on the level of support provided by the info-partner

  • Complimentary participation of one representative of info-partner in the agreed MINEX Forum event/s.
  • 50% discount on participation in the forum for additional info-partner representatives
  • Opportunities for the distribution of printed materials at one or more MINEX Events (offered to info-partners who are providing email marketing services)
  • Placing the info-partner logo and brief (up to 100 words) profile in one or more MINEX Events catalogues
  • Placing the info-partner profile (up to 100 words) on one or more MINEX Events websites
  • Publishing advertising module of the info-partner in one or more MINEX Events catalogues (option offered to info-partners who have published one or more MINEX Forum advertising modules in their printed publications)
  • Complimentary access to one or more MINEX Events post event online materials

Notes

  1. All travel, visa and accommodation expenses associated with participation in MINEX Forum event shall be borne by the info-partner.
  2. Where applicable, Partner will be assigned an individual space or table for the distribution of the printed materials on at the exhibition venue.
  3. Logos, advertisements and profiles must be provided by partner at least 30 working days prior to the Forum Events.
  4. Artwork must be provided in vector curves in EPS/Illustrator/Corel formats; all fonts must be converted into curves.
