General terms:

All exhibitors (excluding banner presenters) are entitled to their virtual expo booths on the Forum website and Mobile Application. All exhibitors (excluding banner presenters) are entitled to a complimentary offline or online presentation at MineDigital competition or Business Podium. All exhibitors (excluding banner presenters) are entitled to 50% discount for purchasing additional delegate tickets. All exhibitors (excluding banner presenters) will be able to use mobile applications for setting up one-on-one meetings. The exhibition booth hire includes monochrome company name print in English on the front panel, hire of 0.7 m table, 2 chairs, 2 spotlights & access 220V electricity point. Additional equipment and furniture could be hired at extra cost (please enquire).

Payment:

The fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via Stripe or PayPal) or Bank Transfer.

Admission:

Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates or exhibitors who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum.

Exhibitor replacement or cancellation:

Delegate substitution can be made at any time.  Exhibitor cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com 14 calendar days before the event will be subject to 15% administration fee. No refunds will be made if exhibitor cancellations submitted less than 14 calendar days before the event. At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received less than 14 calendar days before the event.
